It would be nice to be able to see the zoom level at which one is viewing. Such as 25,000:1, 15,000:1 etc. Furthermore, it would be nice to select a zoom level, perhaps from a drop-down menu, rather than iteratively clicking zoom in or zoom out. Also, it would be nice to have user-defined zoom levels possible, such as inconjunction with route planning or just plain having a 'home' zoom level.
I would like to see more detail when zoomed out. I'm in rural areas a lot and I have to zoom into 18 miles to get all the roads which often leaves me with the one road I'm currently on.
It would be nice to get more detail at further zoomed out levels and possibly let that be user configurable.
