How to install OpenStreetMap on Garmin Mobile PC?

Can somebody please tell me how can i install maps on the following page to my garmin mobile pc trial software

I looked at that discussion and it appears you have it figured out for the laptop. For Mobile XT on handheld devices you do the same thing except the map files need to go in the \GARMIN folder on the memory card.
