Streets & Trips: Off road when zoomed in

When I zoom in really tight on the map the tracking icon is off road by a little bit. It's not really a problem but wondered if there was a fix. I've tried to search but not sure what key words to use.

It is related to gps precision. Usually mine is on the road, but sometimes when driving in city with tall buildings, the gps signal is not so good and the gps icon can go off route from time to time...

THat's what I thought but wanted confirmation. When I back out it's more accurate but wanted to know if it would pin to the road like it does with my Garmin c550.

Thanks for the quick reply.

In these situations, it is important that auto route recalculation is disabled, because i have seen when driving in a crowded city with tall buildings and very near street that the gps icon may falsely switch to the neiborghood street for a short moment (going off route) when there are tall buildings and gps signal is weak, this would trigger route auto recalculation if the option is on. I am driving with this option always off anyway and press F3 key to recalculate a route when really needed...
