Garmin Mobile PC does not start up

I have installed a trial version of Garmin Mobile PC, but the problem is that when I click on garmin exe, it gets clicked but nothing happens. Can somebody please help me.

From where do you find a trial version available for Mobile PC? Was it just the update?
