To setup a laptop computer for GPS navigation is rather easy. You need a small, inexpensive, laptop GPS receiver (either USB or Bluetooth). And you also need some GPS navigation software that has map for your area - in your case Indonesia.
I'd suggest you consider Garmin Mobile PC software, and use it with map of Indonesia (free map download). You will find more details about the software program in our Garmin Mobile PC forum.
