Has anyone ever figured out how to download construction updates for 2009.
I had 2008,07,06... working, but no luck with 09. Read the Microsoft article that says download manually and ignore. Is there a way to edit the registry like on previous versions? Can't find any real fix.

Your link is only good for 2008. It will not work for the 2009 version.

The issue that Bob reported with downloading the Construction update for Streets & Trips 2009 on Jan 29th was a due issue on our (Microsoft's) end. Please try again now and I think you'll find it working as expected.
