| Linux & GPS
I am considering building a new desktop. Has anyone any experience using Streets and Trips with Ubuntu or one of the other Linux op systems? |

I'm not sure if Microsoft Streets and Trips can somehow be made to work under Linux. Some time ago there was some talk about Roadster, a mapping solution for Linux, but I'm not sure at what stage the project is right now. Here's a little bit of info from 2005 » |

Thanks Marvin, I'm going to have to decide whether to build or buy. Whichever, I'll prob try this laptop on a linux op sys if I can. Maybe this fall. ED |
