Hi, I have Microsoft Streets and Trips 2008. I use 3 different names (admin.,2nd name,and guest) on my laptop. I usually use the second name when using laptop. For no reason, the tool bar has disappeared on S&T and a half inch black square has appeared in the upper left hand corner when i use the second user name. S&T remains normal with admin name and guest. Any suggestion to restore normal function for second user name? I have already uninstalled and reinstalled 2008 from disc. thx.
