Convert from Lat/Lon to City/State

Folks:

I have a spreadsheet full of data that includes latitude and longitude for locations in the US and Canada. I need to get the nearest City/State (or province) for each.

I am familiar with nifty online geocoding services that will fill in Lat/Lon data if you feed in a list of addresses, but I can't seem to find a way to go the other direction.

I feel like this is a stupid question, but it is stumping me.

Steve, the following website will resolve latitude/longitude to US city/state. The developer writes: "This service can quickly be expanded to outside countries, all that's needed is a lat/lon resolution table."
