Hi All,
I'm new and want to install garmin map to my laptop, I don't know what to start with and what hardware do I need or is it possible to connect to the cell phone with gps build in?

Garmin Mobile PC would do it for you? If yes, then you can consider buying a package that comes with a GPS receiver.
