I purchased a netbook computer which I will be using primarily to run Streets & Trips 2009. I have tried to download the trial version from Microsoft's site but the download stops after about 400 MB. I can keep the download window open and open another web page so it doesn't appear to be anything with my service provider. I've tried downloading 3 times and each time the same thing happened. Any ideas as to how I can get around this problem?

Possibly, check to see that you have .NET Framework installed on your netbook. If not download it first from MS update site and then try again.
