In trial version of S&T 2009 I don't see "Perspective map view" and some other options is this not full-functional trial?
The trial is fully featured. I believe the feature you are looking for is called 'Navigation View' on the GPS pane.

Yes, the feature is still there in the new Streets and Trips 2009. Microsoft just renamed the feature in this version. The feature has also been improved. Take it on the road, test it, you will like it better now.
