Anyone use Diginav or SaeClearII Marine Software and Charts?
Will these work with Bluetooth receiver as ITrek M7?

If DigiNav or SeaClear work with NMEA (very likely) and you have Bluetooth as part of your computer, the iTrek M7 will work fine. Your Bluetooth drivers will allow you to create a COM port when they detect the iTrek. Just point your software at that COM port and all should be great. The iTrek is not rated as waterproof though.
