Only speed & direction, no position on S&T from my Bluetooth GPS

I just set up Street and Trips 2009. It can see my Bluetooth GPS - a BT-338, SirfStar III - but isn't seeing any position data or satellite details. Any ideas?

Hi John, and welcome to Laptop GPS World. Make sure GPS tracking is enabled in GPS Task pane (Ctrl+A).
