That's because you have not selected any map segments.
The Maps tab does not list the map you are viewing. The map you are viewing is listed up in the product selector dropdown menu at the top left.
The Maps tab lists the map segments you choose with the map selection tool that you want to load onto your Garmin GPS device.

You have to select the map segments with the map segment tool to have them show in this list. The purpose of this list is to use when you want to transfer segments of one map to another device. Is that what you had in mind?
Otherwise the loaded maps are shown in the dropdown.
