I bought a RAM mount for my truck. I love it, but I evidently have something too loose or not set right. When I go around a corner it swings away from me, it is swinging where that washer with the bearings in it is, I don't know if I need to tighten it more or remove that? I feel like I have it really tight, but something must be wrong, surely it is not supposed to do that.

I really have to torque mine down to keep it from moving too easily. The last time I took it out I had a tough time getting it unscrewed.
I think the bearings are a good idea, because the only movement I ever use is to push the laptop away from me. I don't think I'd recommend removing them.
