Upgrade my Netbook (MSi U100 Plus)
Is there a way to install, even externally, a 128-256 screen card to this toy?
Would U recommend on any stores-laboratories that like to improvise?

I'm not sure I understand the question. "128 - 256" what??

"128 - 256" Megabytes of video memory?

There is typically no way to add a video card to laptops and netbooks, if that's what you are looking for.

so not "typically" -- is there a way to connect the screen card outside the laptop, attached & wired to the MotherBoard inside ?

I don't have sufficient hardware technical knowledge of laptops to answer that. Perhaps someone else can. My professional educated guess (I've been an IT professional for over thirty years and built and repaired more than my share of desktops) would be, not unless you are really good at electronic repair work at the circuit board and component level and know lots about the electronic workings of computer internals.

Some laptops have connectors internally that allow for some form of expansion. I'm not sure if any netbooks do. I'm not sure what expansion capabilities they have. I've seen nothing in laptop BIOSs that would lead me to believe you could get the video from anything except the onboard video chip.

But that doesn't mean it's impossible. Just unlikely or at best rather difficult.
