How to update Phone Directory in DeLorme Street Atlas Plus

Hello, everyone. I'm new here, and I hope I can find answer here. I just installed DeLorme Street Atlas 2009 Plus, I got updates with NetLink. After trying to search phone directory I found that database is at least 3 years old, and not comprehensive.

Is there any way to get more recent database?
