In older versions of Microsoft Streets and Trips, there was (in addition to the hand tool) a rectangular 'surround tool' which was useful to size maps.
In S&T 2009, I only find the hand tool. Any help?

The 2 procedures are now directly available. Drag a box of the size you want while depressing the right mouse button. Then left click inside it.
