Is it still okay to install Streets & Trips on the laptop and the PC?

I just got a bargain on 2009 version to upgrade from 2006. Because my Navman GPS receiver cratered I decided to upgrade to 2009 with GPS locator.

I've had Streets and Trips since 2004 and I've always been able to install it both in my PC and my laptop. I use the PC for trip planning and the laptop for navigation both with Iguidance and S&T. Is it still okay to install on the laptop and the PC?

Hi Albert,

Yes, the license allows installation on 1 laptop and 1 PC.

I'm sure you must have read the Microsoft software license terms during setup (friendly sarcasm) but if you ever want to review the details there is a link to the terms in the help | about dialog.

From EULA:

Quote:
2. INSTALLATION AND USE RIGHTS.

a. Licensed Device. The licensed device is the device on which you use the software. You may install and use one copy of the software on the licensed device.

b. Portable Device. You may install another copy on a portable device for use by the single primary user of the licensed device.
One of your laptops is going to be the "licensed device", and the second one is going to be the "portable device".
