I would like to add text/links to a POI I found in Nearby Places. My attempt to added the information with the procedures you would use with a pushpin you created yourself did not work. I opened the POI text box, placed my curser at the end of the last line of text and hit enter to add a new line below... nothing... the additional line was not added... Any attempt to modify the existing text failed... Intuitively, I suspect that I may have to do something like exporting the POI to Excel, manipulate the text, and, then, re-import it... I hope that it is not that complicated... I have never attempted such...
I did my homework by checking in Help and searching this forum for threads, but didn't find anything... Instructions or a thread link would be appreciated...

You can create a Pushpin for a particular POI by copying the POI flag contents and pasting to the new Pushpin's flag. However, you must do it twice - once for the flag title or top line and once for the other content. Highlight the text, copy it [cntrl-c], and then paste it into the new flag [ctrl-v]. When you've done that you can add your own text or edit what you've just added.
Now, when you do "Find nearby places" you will get both the Pushpin and the Built-in POI.
