I need product key for Copilot laptop 11. Where I can find it? Thanks.

You can find the cd key on the dvd case that encloses the installation dvd when you purchase it. At least that's where mine was.

If it's not on the case, it will be on a label inside the case or on the back of the booklet

Yes, I know, but I lost CD cover. I need alternativ solution.

If you've ever activated your product before you would have received an email from ALK confirming activation, and that email contains your product key. Email support@alk.com and let them know you lost your product key and they will resend it to you.

Also, if you have it loaded on a computer currently and simply have lost the little book, it can be found the in "preferences.cfg" file in the "App" directory where the program is installed.
