I have a copy of Streets and Trips 2009 and use it on a Samsung NP-Q1EX UMPC. This is a great product with one glaring exception, everything is too darned small to be used on a touch screen pc. I have found skins for older versions of this program which convert it into a TomTom type of interface with large easy to hit touch screen friendly buttons. I have found no such skins for this version. It would seem obvious that this would be a feature for any type of GPS mapping program. Am I missing something or does this truly no exist?

Funny you should ask. MisterMoonlight has just released an update for his famous S&T Keys for 2009. It is probably just what you are looking for. He is also working on a new version for S&T 2010 as well.
