After renaming a stop in route planner, how do I make the address visible on either the map or the directions?

On the map you will only see your Start, Stop(s), and End as green, yellow, and red squares with numbers in them. There is no visible address on the map (unless you add pushpins there, too, and you leave the information balloons open.
The Directions pane should contain address or some location information, even after you rename your stops.
