Can Microsoft Streets and Trips run on Windows CE?

I have checked with Digicom and my unit has Windows CE 5.0 Now what do I do to put Streets & Trips 2009 on it?

Be easy on me, I am not that computer savvy. I have their model 712 if you want to check it out

Windows CE does not qualify. You need a desktop version of Windows such as XP, Vista or Win7. Sorry I did not make that clear in the other post.
