I got almost all the way thru to the point of entering the Product Key; many times. At this point I get an error message saying the “Invalid Product Key”. Unfortunately this occurs after 20 minutes of file extraction, and the install process will not back step so you must start over each time. Yes, contrary to the instructions in the update window, the Garmin GPS receiver must be unplugged and MapSource may not be running in the background. I tried with and without the GPS receiver, nothing worked. Garmin Tech Support gave me other Product Key numbers to try but none worked.
