Last night I stumbled on a link to download a trial version of MapPoint 2006 North America Trial for 60 days. It's very similar to S&T 2006. I adapted the Keys and the POI Scanner for it. Unfortunately, I can not try it out on the full versions of MapPoint for North America and Europe. I can only test it myself on the trial version of MapPoint for NA. I know that works for sure.
I also need to know in what format does MapPoint Europe saves its maps. I know that MapPoint North America saves them in *.ptm format. Is this the same for the Europe version? I assumed it's the same for now, but since they are different in S&T versus AutoRoute, I would'nt surprised if it was different for MapPoint Europe.
Please let me know of the results of the tests. I wish I could test it myself, but I'm limited by the fact that I don't have the full version of MapPoint NA nor Europe.
