Does someone know if it possible change the language on guidance road for Microsoft Streets and Trips 2006? Mine is in English, and I would like change to French.

Unfortunately, S&T is an English software only. There is a french version of S&T Keys 2007 available (free add-on, see link in my signature that is compatible with S&T 2007 only), but there is no way to get guidance text in french language in any version of S&T

There is also a french version of S&T Keys free add-on for S&T Keys 2006. It is an old version i didn't make myself and i don't support it (it was modified by Toyfountain). But it may be useful to you:
