Google Maps: Splitting an overcrowded map into two, less crowded maps
dave.brooksher
Hi Folks

I'm working on a project for a non-profit whose Google-map has gotten too crowded. The map we're using has both our current projects as well as our old, finished ones.

My boss would like me to divide this into two separate maps, one with our current projects and one with our old ones.

Is there a way to export the Google map into a KML file, take then import it back into Google maps? If I can copy it like that, then I can just delete all the old projects from one, and delete all the new projects from the other -- rather than adding everything to the new map manually.

Thanks for your help.

Cheers
Dave
