How do I convert AutoRoute 2010 pushpins (*.axe files) into POI files in TomTom?
navnerd
A question for nerds and would-bes: How do I convert Microsoft AutoRoute 2010 pushpins (*.axe files) into POI files in TomTom? Half a dozen programs that I used didn't do the job. My dream would be to get step-by-step instructions. Thanks.

Your best bet is probably to export them to a GPX file. You should be able to find a converter that will convert GPX to TomTom.

I should... but I didn't find such a converter. As I said before, step-by-step instructions would be nice.

I have no experience with TomTom devices and this site is focussed on laptop applications.

Your search engine is your friend. I googled "convert gpx tomtom" and the first two hits look like sites that would be useful.
