Give some respect to the "name" tag :)

Hi,

I wish for....

Since MS has added the show/hide all information balloons I would like to see the same functionality given to the "name" tag. When I open all the information balloons it's so cluttered I can't see anything. The "name" tag offers a better option for me.

I would be nice if there was a global option for showing the information balloons and name tags.
