If I could ask someone a favor please, before I purchase Garmin Mobile PC - does it look as though Poland is covered enough and in particular a town called Wolsztyn?

This depends on map, not on Mobile PC. Your Mobile PC will probably come with City Navigator Europe. You can see this map here.

Did you try zooming in to the location of interest?

Yes, I tried zooming, but would guess as it's Eastern Europe, and not a major city, some of the detail is lacking. Even Google does not cover Polish towns very well, only major cities.

What are you looking for? Wolsztyn probably has most of its address data in City Navigator. There is better road map of Poland called GPMapa, but Garmin stopped its distribution.

So I am a bit stuck - I actually know Wolsztyn already but was planning to drive there rather than fly so was hoping Garmin could assist which it can - anyway it'll take from from London to Wolsztyn okay....

I don't know why you guys are confusing him. Poland shows up just fine on the City Navigator maps. Wolsztyn is visible and available down to the same street level that every other place in Europe is. I'm looking at it now. (The zoom level in Garmin Mobile PC is 30 meters altitude; the map in the Garmin link above only zooms to 100 meters.)

Smokeyone, if you get GMPC in Europe, it will have Garmin City Navigator Europe maps as the default maps. (Don't be confused by the name; they cover all of Europe, not just cities) I have plotted a number of routes in Poland, and the program was invaluable in helping me out. I'm sure it will do the same for you.
