How to move routes from Streets & Trips to TomTom?

I own a TomTom XXL IQ AKTY4 BSA5E GPS! How can I bring the routes from Microsoft Streets & Trips into the TomTom?

Does your TomTom handle GPX file imports? If so, you would export routes to GPX file format (an option) and, obviously, import them into your TomTom.
