We have not yet received our software. Really looking forward to the iGuadance experience!

Will it be possible to import addresses in some format? The agent selects properties for a client to visit in her real estate software. Can the list be imported, or will she need to punch in each one?

SkipVought, iGuidance 4 doesn't have a facility for importing addresses. The PDA version I believe is able to use addresses of your contacts in Outlook, but that's all.

When a destination is added to "Favorites", a data file is created in C:\iNav iGuidance\Maps (going by the memory here). The data file can be opened in a text editor, such as Notepad. You can see what's there - it's been a long time I looked at it, and I don't remember if the address is there in plain English. If yes, then perhaps a workaround solution could be created - but likely not, since I haven't heard of anyone who has done it.

It appears to create a file with a dat extension (e.g itinerary.dat or recent.dat) in the iNav iGuidance root directory. Although the dat file can be opened with Wordpad, the only characters that are legible are the address.

The lookup by Outlook contacts is only available on the Pocket PC version.

A work-around solution would then likely not be possible . But it doesn't take too long to enter several addresses into iGuidance manually.
