CoPilot Truck's Non-existent Customer Service

I had an issue when my laptop went belly up. I bought a new laptop an wanted to put Co-Pilot V8 back on the new computer. The problem is it must be uninstalled from any previous computer.... the one not working. It took 6 weeks of back and forth e-mail messages to accomplish because they have no live person to help. No live support. Just mail-a-thon.

Yep that has been a problem. But in the past they would at least give you a phone number and case number to enter when you called. Not sure why or what happen

I asked repeatedly for a telephone support number. They replied by e-mail that they no longer have phone support. And by mail they seemed too dense to comprehend the simple fact that I could not de-activate the Co-Pilot on the older computer because the older computer was completely dead. They have stock answers but not good answers. And every e-mail took a few days for a response. By-the-way, agree with your view of politics.
