CoPilot support forum has been moved...
GoneNomad
Sometime after the end of March, the CoPilot support forum was moved.
There is no announcement, no information about this that I can find.
Existing log-ins do not work, and attempts to find previous threads result in pages like this:
The page you were looking for doesn't exist.

You may have mistyped the address or the page may have moved.

There seems to be no obvious way to contact them about this either.

Nice, huh?

Interesting! You could try to fill out the Contact Us form on the bottom of the following page: https://www.alk.com/contact#support

Let us know...

I tried that on April 6 or 7. Haven't heard back from them yet.

Speaking of support, Garmin recently made changes to the support section of its website. In the past, there was a page with phone numbers, hours of operation and e-mail contacts for support. Now that is gone and you must jump through various hoops if you want to contact them….

Boyd, under the "Was this page helpful?" click "No", then click "Submit". It's not going to really help you, but you may feel better!

The saga continues.
As if being polite will make up for incompetence...

But today I discovered that there are TWO CoPilot support sites:

https://copilot.zendesk.com/hc/en-gb
https://support.copilotgps.com/en/support/home

...the latter of which is linked from their main store page, and (as far as I can tell) does not work.

re:
Please use the link below to login to the support site.
https://support.copilotgps.com/en/support/login

That IS the link I have been attempting to use for the last month.
Here's what happens when I try to log in:
[cid:7ee54413-3b5b-4bcc-9e9c-74c447799966]
Here's what happens when I click on the "Forgot your password?<https://support.copilotgps.com/en/support/login>" link:
[cid:0e46a906-b2eb-4acb-a77d-30d426b6e93c]
Nothing....

re: "CoPilot app login details are not necessarily the same as those used to log in our site..."
I never implied that they WERE the same.
I am attempting to use the same support forum login username & password I have always used FOR THE SUPPORT FORUM.
As of today, I still cannot log into the CoPilot support forum.
This has nothing to do with the login from CoPilot, because I am trying to log into support using a browser.
I have not changed my SUPPORT FORUM username or password.
Using the "Forgot your password?" link does not work.
It's been almost three weeks since I was able to access the support forum.
I would have no way of contacting ALK about this other except by not for replying to this message thread that originally started on March 23, 2017.
I also used the contact form at the bottom of this page<https://www.alk.com/contact#support>, but never got a reply.

Thank you for your patience.

Please note that CoPilot app login details are not necessarily the same as those used to log in our site unless you created a single sign in ( the same username and password ) for both platforms.

I do apologise for the issue and please bear with us as we are currently undertaking some maintenance on the site because we are moving onto a new support platform.

If you have further questions; please do not hesitate to let us know.

Here is the gist of my original message:
"...you have completely changed your support forum.
Now I cannot log in, nor does 'Forgot password" do anything."

As of today, I still cannot log into the CoPilot suppoprt forum.
As for the reply from "Michel, the Customer Support Agent"
this has nothing to do with what version of CoPilot I am using, because I am trying to log into support using a browser, like this:
[cid:29739f78-7dc0-4fab-9818-cbb539480b50]
I have not changed my log in password. Using the "Forgot your password?" link does not work.

Again, there must have been changes made to your support forum, because links I previously bookmarked (like this one)
https://support.copilotgps.com/hc/en-gb/requests/36196 no longer work, and produce this error message:

On April 9, I also sent a message using the contact link below, but got no reply.

I just stumbled across the (well hidden) link to create a new CoPilot support request:

https://support.copilotgps.com/en/support/tickets/new

Though I tried many other ways to find it from the support home page:
https://support.copilotgps.com/en/support/home

There seems to be NO WAY to create a new CoPilot support request without first clicking on some other topic or FAQ...
...at the bottom of which is this:
