Garmin GPS20x receiver with Garmin nRoute

I'm tryng to use 20x receiver with nroute, but whenever sat is connected nroute detail map gets locked. Is there any solution for this?

The maps you have are probably locked to another Garmin GPS or device. You could contact Garmin and ask if they can resolve this with another key.
