The following are just some basic common-sense rules:

1.) Let's keep the forums friendly. All members will be treated with respect.

2.) Spam! Over the past 5 months we only had two occurrences of some users being sent spam via PM. If you ever receive PM spam, let me know. The offending member will be removed.

3.) Links in postings and signatures. Please, don't post links that are not relevant to the topic of this website and/or links that are not helpful to other readers.

4.) Professionals participating in the forum are most welcome, but please disclose who you are. If you are working for a company that makes or sells a product discussed here, and if you are commenting on the product, or competing products, please don't post anonymously. Let others know who you are by mentioning it in your signature (www link is OK).

5.) Illegal software discussions haven't appeared at this forum yet. Please, let's keep it this way. Thanks.
