Default Font display

Marvin,
I run IE7 with 'Ignore font styles' and 'Ignore font sizes' and it was ok on your site. Now, when I try composing a message, something is different but I can't quite figure out what it is. The fonts in my message look to large and the drop down size and font choice don't work. I can turn off the Accessibility options to correct it but I didn't have to before.
What's up?
Terry

Terry, thanks for bringing that to my attention. Did you notice this immediately after the site software upgrade (on Thursday)? It could be related to the new version.

Where exactly do I go to find the settings you mentioned: 'Ignore font styles' and 'Ignore font sizes'?

I could contact the software developer to report this as a bug.

Marvin,
Those settings are in IE7 Tools - Internet Options -General Tab - Accessibilty button. It isn't as serious as I thought. Once the post is sent, the font size displayed is normal. It is only when I am typing the message; so no big deal.

Terry, you just taught me something new. I never new of the 'Ignore font styles' and 'Ignore font sizes' feature.

Would you please test it now? I think it should now work for you the way you were used to.

In this forum's User CP => Edit Options, on the very bottom of the page, there is an option to use Standard Editor or Enhanced Editor. The 'Standard' one is I think what you are used to. The Enhanced (WYSIWYG) Editor indeed doesn't work when the the 'Ignore font styles' and 'Ignore font sizes' features are enabled.

I switched it for you to 'Standard Editor', but at any time you may switch it back to WYSIWYG Editor, if needed.
