How to get Garmin GPS 35 USB working with Garmin Mobile PC

Newbie Question,

Have Garmin Mobile PC running on laptop, I have been give a Garmin GPS 35 USB. I cannot seem to get it to run with Mobile PC, I have had a problem downloading drivers for it, have found a set of drivers for Win XP but installs as a Mouse ballpoint, which following the instructions has to be uninstalled, can anybody help with:
1. XP drivers
2. Any advice on how to set up the GPS 35 USB

USB GPS units appearing as a ballpoint mouse used to be a common problem. If the driver Marvin suggested doesn't resolve the issue you might want to look at some of the information in this Deluo forum post;

You must be using the latest version of Mobile PC (5.00.50). It wouldn't recognize ports created by GPS Gate with previous versions.
