Hi ANGEL209,
Welcome to the forum! There are several programs that you can use to turn your laptop PC into a navigation device. Most range from about $30 and up. You can even buy them as a package that includes a small USB GPS receiver/antenna (for a little bit more money), or you can buy a separate USB GPS unit for about $40 or a bit more. To get started, you could look at this link: http://www.laptopgpsworld.com/pc-gps...s-reviews.html

I'm sure you can
! Just go over the reviews briefly, and then feel free to ask any questions you may have. If you are asking a question specific to a particular laptop GPS navigation software program, it may be the best to post it to that product's own forum. Each product has it's own forum here at Laptop GPS World.

Some wireless internet cards have GPS receivers built in. I have a Novatel S720 from Sprint, and it can output NEMA data for a program like Streets and Trips. It's not as good as one of the GPS pucks that sticks to the outside of the car, but it might be worth a try.
