Hi Marvin,
When driving down the interstate, with no active navigation entered, the Garmin would continuously tell you how far you were from the next exit. When driving anywhere other than an interstate, it would tell you the next crossroad. I find that I really miss those features, almost enough to keep the Garmin in addition to the
iGuidance system.
After a bit of use, I've found that the iGuidance system has the only correct map I've ever seen of my neighborhood! I also love the map display, and size on a laptop.
Sadly, it doesn't seem to make logical decisions on courses if you ask it to take you somewhere. I've seen several examples of this already, but the best was heading South on a long, almost straight highway. It was insisting that I turn off and drive about 5 miles SW, turn E on another highway, only to return and turn South on the same highway I was on in the first place

Did it think maybe there was a roadblock ahead
Cheers,
Rusty
