Can you access the Route List while in full screen mode w/o a keyboard?

Hi Folks,

Quick newbie question here. I've searched around quite a bit and can not find the answer. Is it true that there is no way to get to the route list view from full screen mode in the UMPC version 4, without a keyboard to push the left and right arrow keys? I'm finding it quite annoying that I can't get there through the on-screen menu sequence. I have to exit full screen mode, then click the menu, and choose route list.

Thanks for you help.

Hi jkurtz11,

Welcome to Laptop GPS World.

I just added it to the screenshot from iGuidance 4 review. On the very top, tap or click the bar which contains the next turn information - that should open Route List. I just tested it on the PDA version, but I'm quite positive it should work identically on the UMPC and laptop versions.

Justin, please do. There are actually a few more areas on the screen that you can tap, that have not been listed on the above screenshot (I will add them later). For example you can tap the next turn arrow (top-left) to repeat voice direction prompt.

I tried out touching the top part of the screen as you suggested and it worked! Thanks Marvin.

Is there a way to toggle 2D/3D on a touch screen?

I wish tapping on the compass arrow would toggle not just north-up/heading-up, but also 2D/3D. It could cycle through all available modes (but it doesn't).

The only way to switch between 2D and 3D on a touch-screen, as far as I know, is to do it via tapping the menu button...
