If your USB GPS receiver manufacturer does not provide driver software for Mac OS X operating system, download one from Mac OS X Prolific PL2303 driver project.

I'm new to GPS and have a MacBook pro. Are there any maps etc that I can use with the Mac? Also whats a good GPS dongle for Mac? Any work with PC and Mac?
