Which mapping software will import addresses and optimize my route?

Hello,
I just found this forum. It looks great. I have been using Streets and Trips since 2003 and looking to see if any other programs may be better. My main requirements are being able to import addresses from a file and optimize my route. I travel locally to about 75 stops a day. Any help is appreciated.
