Cut and Paste Latitude and Longitude PC GPS software

Anyone know of a simple GPS software that will allow one to cut and paste the latitude and longitude?

PC ? or A PPC software?

There are several apps out there - I use Microsoft Streets and Trips. I cut Lat/Lon's from other sources, and paste them into the 'Find' box. I also use S&T to find Lat/Lon's of points on the map.
