GPS Software for Laptop PC

I have sony vaio with XP laptop PC and a GPS Royaltek 2110 and located at Moscow-Russia.
I am very new on this and would like to know how can I use the system, can anybody help me?

You have a laptop, you have a very good Bluetooth GPS receiver, and now the only thing that you still need is some good GPS navigation program that has map of Russia.

Thanks Marvin, I'll go through all and will try to find one to work on. I prefer a free one if exists to learn. Do you know any that I can download.

Murat, I'm not sure if there is a laptop GPS navigation software that is free. I don't know of one myself. I think an inexpensive very good option would be to try to find discounted price on Microsoft AutoRoute 2007 (version 2007 is the current version. Users are hoping there will be Microsoft AutoRoute 2009 released by the end of this year).
