Hi Joe,
Welcome to Laptop GPS World. CeBit is over, and very likely they are back home now (or soon they will be). I'll email them tomorrow. Ordering the product will likely involve getting it from Europe, unless they already have a new North American distributor.

Joe (a.k.a. CF74GPS), unfortunately I have no news for you. Sygic Driver North America is still not available for purchase by end users. Sygic still has no USA/Canada distributor, but the software and the map is ready. They hope to enter the US market soon. I asked if a European distributor could sell North American version, but this question still remains unanswered. You could have a better luck trying to contact their existing distributors overseas to inquire if they could help you buying the product. (If you do, please let us know...)
