Moving Address to Address on A Street With Keystroke

I'd swear I found an "easter egg" in an earlier version, but no more. It would work like this:

1. Click on a street.
2. The full address comes up in a box, next to the address point.
3. Give user a set of keystrokes (e.g. Alt+ and Alt-) which would
move the address point to the NEXT address point on that street.
