Allow for higher transfer rates to GPS

Allow for full speed/higher sample rates than the default 4800bps this program is still hard wired to for gps's that support faster sampling/baudrates

I second this suggestion.

These days there are just too many USB and/or Bluetooth GPS receivers on the market that by default work at higher baud rates and even higher refresh rates (5Hz, etc).
